1. Terms & Conditions for Tourists

Welcome to TripSyncGo. By using our app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before booking.

  1. General Use
    Tripsyncgo connects you with independent Service Providers (drivers, guides, hotels, etc.).
    TripSyncGo does not directly provide transport, guiding, accommodation, or activities.
  2. Bidding & Prices
    Prices you see may be fixed or offered through bidding by Service Providers.
    Important: The guide or driver’s bid does not include:
    • Meals
    • Entrance tickets for activities, safaris, or cultural sites
    • Hotel charges
    • Any third-party costs not mentioned in the offer
    Please check details carefully before booking.
  3. Payments & Refunds
    Payments are processed securely through our Platform or third-party gateways.
    Refunds are subject to the Refund Policy stated at booking. Always review before confirming.
  4. Your Responsibilities
    • Provide accurate booking details (dates, passenger numbers).
    • Be on time at pickup points to avoid delays or cancellations.
    • Respect local laws, cultures, and the Service Provider’s terms.
  5. Delays & Uncontrollable Events
    TripSyncGo and Service Providers are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by:
    • Traffic, weather, road closures
    • Strikes, protests, government restrictions
    • Natural disasters or accidents
    Missed sightseeing or activities due to such events are non-refundable.
  6. Liability Disclaimer
    Tripsyncgo acts only as a facilitator.
    We do not guarantee the safety, quality, or legality of services provided by third parties.
    You accept that travel involves risks, and TripSyncGo’s liability is limited to vehicle, guide fees you paid via our Platform.
    TripSyncGo is not responsible for: Booking confirmations, cancellations, or payments between you and Hotels

2. Terms & Conditions for Service Providers (Drivers, Guides, Vehicle Owners, Partners)

By registering as a Service Provider (driver, guide, hotel, or partner) on Tripsyncgo, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  1. Service Commitments
    The price you bid must include all expenses (fuel, tolls, driver/guide fees, etc.).
    You cannot charge separately for:
    • Your meals
    • Your accommodation during the tour
    Bidding prices must cover the entire service (transport, guiding, destinations, and nearby locations as agreed).
  2. Vehicles & Guides
    • You must send the exact registered vehicle and driver/guide linked to your Tripsyncgo account.
    • Using third-party vehicles or unregistered drivers/guides is strictly prohibited.
    • Vehicle must be:
      – Clean and well-maintained
      – In safe, good running condition
    • Any vehicle changes must be reported and approved by Tripsyncgo before use.
    Your Charges will deposited to your bank account within (3-5) Working Days only after the tour complete and it must be confirmed by the both sides
  3. Safety & Accidents
    You must immediately inform Tripsyncgo if:
    • An accident occurs
    • A service cannot be fulfilled due to breakdown or emergency
    You are responsible for replacing or refunding the service if you cannot complete the agreed trip.
  4. Time Management & Delays
    You are expected to manage time responsibly.
    Tripsyncgo is not liable for delays in tours, sightseeing, or activities caused by traffic, accidents, or uncontrollable events.
  5. Professional Conduct
    Treat tourists with respect and provide honest, safe, and professional services.
    Misuse of the Platform or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or permanent removal.
  6. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri lanka.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings made through Tripsyncgo. By confirming a booking, you agree to the following terms:

  • Standard Refund Policy
    100% Refund – If cancelled 7 or more days before the scheduled arrival/start date.
    50% Refund – If cancelled 5–6 days before the scheduled arrival/start date.
    No Refund – If cancelled less than 5 days before the scheduled arrival/start date, unless approved under exceptional circumstances (see Section 3).
  • Refund Method
    Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or other IPG API supported method).
    Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exceptional Circumstances
    Partial or full refunds may be approved at Tripsyncgo’s discretion for uncontrollable events such as:
    • Medical emergencies (official proof required)
    • Natural disasters, extreme weather, or government-imposed restrictions
    • Service Provider cancellations or inability to fulfill the service
  • Non-Refundable Charges
    The following are not refundable:
    • Booking fees or transaction charges by payment gateways
    • Costs of third-party services (e.g., activity tickets, hotel bookings, meals) not included in the Service Provider’s bid
  • Service Provider Cancellations
    If a Service Provider cancels, TripSyncGo will assist in arranging an alternative service.
    If no suitable replacement is found, a full refund will be issued.
  • Limitation of Liability
    TripSyncGo is not responsible for: Booking confirmations, cancellations, or payments between you and Hotels
    Our responsibility is limited to providing visibility and lead generation.
  • User Responsibility
    You must cancel your booking through the Tripsyncgo App before the deadline to qualify for a refund.
    Failure to show up within reasonable time for pickup or activity may be treated as a No-Show (non-refundable).

4. Terms & Conditions for Hotels & Activity Providers

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline how Hotels, Accommodation Providers, and Activity Providers (“Providers”) may use the TripSyncGo platform (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By subscribing to our services, you (“Provider”) agree to these Terms.

Our goal is to help you reach more tourists by showcasing your services — while keeping the process simple, transparent, and fair.

1. Our Role

  • TripSyncGo is a lead-generation platform. We showcase your property or service, including descriptions, images, availability, and a direct link to your official website or booking page.
  • We do not provide booking services and are not a party to transactions between you and tourists. All bookings, payments, and cancellations are managed directly through your own systems.
  • We cannot guarantee bookings — our service is focused on visibility and lead generation.

2. Subscription & Fees

  • Providers subscribe to TripSyncGo on a monthly plan, based on: Type of property/service (Hotel, Cabanas, Hostel, Activity, etc.), number of rooms (for accommodations), average room pricing (if applicable).
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance.
  • Auto Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
  • Non-Payment: If renewal fees are not paid, the subscription will automatically be suspended or terminated.
  • No Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable, even if the service is canceled partway through a month.

3. Provider Responsibilities

  • Provide valid and accurate details, including: correct location/address, a valid website or official booking link, high-quality and authentic photos, clear and attractive descriptions of services.
  • Ensure that all information shared on TripSyncGo is truthful, current, and not misleading.
  • Take full responsibility for the quality, safety, and delivery of services offered to tourists.
  • Provide any documents or information required by TripSyncGo or relevant authorities for verifying legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
  • Maintain professional conduct and avoid any activity that may harm the reputation of TripSyncGo or mislead tourists.

4. Leads & Notifications

Tourists may discover your property or service through our app when they: are nearby your location, have location and data services enabled, have opted-in for notifications.
We do not guarantee engagement, bookings, or customer conversions.

5. TripSyncGo’s Rights

  • We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify listings on the platform at our discretion.
  • If we identify any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activity, TripSyncGo may immediately suspend or terminate the subscription without refund or prior notice。
  • We retain the right to request updates, documents, or proof of compliance at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

TripSyncGo is not responsible for: Booking confirmations, cancellations, or payments between you and tourists, tourist decisions or preferences, any claims, damages, or losses arising from your services.
Our responsibility is limited to providing visibility and lead generation.

7. Termination & Cancellation

  • Providers may cancel their subscription by giving at least 30 days’ notice before the renewal date.
  • TripSyncGo may suspend or terminate subscriptions if a Provider breaches these Terms, engages in misconduct, or fails to comply with verification/legal requirements.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
